Return Material Authorization Policy
Monitor Solutions LLC strives for satisfaction with your purchase and
understands that you may need to return a product. If you would like to return
your product, please review the information below.
Note: The RMA number is valid for 10 days from issuance. A new RMA number
must be issued if the period exceeds 10 days.
Return & RMA Policy Requirements:
- Request to return must be made within 30 days of the original order, and you must provide proof of purchase.
- The RMA number is valid only for the items listed on the RMA and
must coincide with the original serial numbers on the original
invoice. - All products and accessories must be in their new/original condition
and packaging. Please be sure to include all accessories with the
order in the return of products. - Any damage to or re-work done to the product(s), defacing labels on
product(s) and/or accessories and components void the return
warranty. - Final approval of the RMA will be provided once inspection of the returned items is completed by Monitor Solutions LLC.
- Items are tested only for the problems listed on the Problem
Description Forms.
Therefore, we ask that you describe in detail what the concerns are. If there are multiple products for return, they need a detailed problem description form per product unless the issue is the same for all. We will provide a printable version with the Return Material Authorization approval email. Please print legibly. Further instructions will be sent with your RMA approval.
Testing Fees
Products returned with no issues found and determined to be in working order will be subject to the test and evaluation fees and charged back accordingly to the account.

Multi-Jet (MJ) and Positive Displacement (PD) - $45.00
Turbine - $325.00
Transceiver or Remote Display - $20.00
Repeater - $75.00
Gateway - $125.00
- Exchanging products must be within 30 days of the original purchase date, the products undamaged, in the original condition and packaging approved for resale. Programmed equipment is not eligible for exchange or refund. Service and freight charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for new shipping and
service fees. - Return for credit or exchange can be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- They must be undamaged, in the original condition and packaging, and approved for resale.
- Any items that are returned with incomplete information, damaged, or defaced will not be credited back and may be subject to additional fees.
- All shortcomings, short shipment(s) and discrepancies should be brought to our attention at Monitor Solutions LLC within 2 days from the date of receipt. Monitor Solutions LLC is not responsible or liable thereafter.
- Monitor Solutions LLC makes every reasonable effort for timely delivery. We are not responsible for unforeseen weather and natural disasters, supply chain issues, tariffs, or delivery delays outside of our control.
Note: Programmed equipment is not eligible for refund. Service and freight charges are not refundable.

Required Documentation & Packaging Instructions
- Proof of purchase. (A copy of the invoice is required to provide any return service)
- Original undamaged packaging for product(s) and accessories.
- Individual problem description forms are attached to the product. If the problem(s) are the same for all products being returned, then just one problem description
will be accepted.
- Must have all the required forms and documentation included in the return packaging.
Please print the RMA number legibly on the front/top of the packaging, or it will
not be accepted.
